It’s not as fussy as some qi chargers i’ve encountered in the past. Only downside is a wee ticking sound from the charger is slightly disconcerting.
It is extremely lightweight, very slim and looks stylish. Nice looking device and very quick and slick. Easy and convenient to use.
Cons
Charging dock doesn't work properly. It is very noisy when charging. The dock is not compatible with the iphone 5s or 5s plus.

I had some cheap chargers before but the quality of this one is far superior.
I love the design of the product, it looks nice and sleek and the charger is nice and thin, it’s not bulky at all.
It charges my galaxy s10 quickly but it is hit and miss with my thin gel case, with the case on it sometimes stops charging.
It automatically detects my mobile, even with the mobile cover on.
Shipping
Tried with s20+ and it charges really fast and even through phone case.
Packaging/appearance
If it weren’t for the unnecessary plastic handle on the top, i’d have been able to fully praise the packaging.
Competitiveness
The plug is a proper built 3-pin plug, not a generic plug with a 3-pin adapter stuck on, which is a little reassuring as well.
Good sizecons: cable is not on usb so if you loose it, then you wont be able to use the charging plates.

Charger works perfectly unfortunately i didn’t like the adaptor as it’s bulky to carry with me for travelling so it is going to stay indoors only

Youll see an amber light instead of a white one
