Pros

Installation and setup is easy. Installed the cd software, plugged it in and. The only issue i have is that it generates a lot of heat. It is definitely a little stronger and faster than the b/g.

Works well with my belkin router. Increased my notebook pcc wi-fi speed by a factor of about 3x. The notebook internet speed is now comparable to my desktop pc that is ethernet connected to the router.

Cons

N card works okay in my wife's laptop, but it's a pita to keep from hitting or damaging it. I suspect this card may use the 2. Ghz version of n but not the higher bandwidth of 5.

Packaging/appearance

Item arrived in new packaging and i installed the card and software in under ten minutes.

I bought three of these, and two out of three worked perfectly right out of the box.

My only negative is that this card sticks out of the card slot quite far.
