Pros

We have 12 phones in our office and have had to replace cords often in the past due to kinks building up over time. It takes place of my landline phone cord perfect. Easy to install on wall phone.

Cons

It is the manufacturer who packaged the item who is deceiving buyers. Worked for about 2 hours on my cisco phone system, then went dead. Is not compatible with the wall phone.
