Belkin customer support isn't very useful. There are so many of these broken that belkin set up an online rma process. They certainly charge a high price for junk. Very, very disappointed in this item and with amazon's customer service.

Belkin is ghosting me. Submitting a support/warranty with belkin goes nowhere with no response whatsoever. The deadline to return has passed, so i’m out the $. I have 9 days to return it, and need to figure out how to get the refund amount corrected.
