Cons

Belkin customer support isn't very useful. There are so many of these broken that belkin set up an online rma process. They certainly charge a high price for junk.

This charger quits working after a few days and requires a reboot to start charging again. I have to unplug the charger again and plug it back in for it to charge the phone.

It's clear that belkin is ghosting me. Submitting a support/warranty with belkin goes nowhere with no response whatsoever. I have 9 days to return it, and need to figure out how to get the refund amount corrected.

The packaging from belkin for this and other belkin products is really flimsy and cheap.

Also looks really stylish on my night table and even in the dark i know that when my phone gets sucked in by the magnet i'm kinda safe.
