It's quite user-friendly, even for the tech challenged. Using this is as easy as plug-n-play with no drivers or updates to worry about.

Cons

The box is sticky, covered with bits of trash, had been opened and the product is used, with the protecting film removed. Very disappointing. Received it and tried to use it on an hp laptop.
