Pros

It performs as advertised. The shielding is nice and thick and feels the farthest thing from a cheap cable.

The cord fits nicely onto the talking book cartridges and is a good length as well. The male connector is surrounded on 3 sides by the plastic of the cartridge. No problem at all with the cable and cartridges connecting.

Cons

At a 2 amp current, you lose 780mv just from the cable. A 6 foot 20awg cable is electrically superior to this cable. It will be better if you are trying to use the cable for power/charging.
