Pros

Outlet powerboard with 2 usb ports. Have 4 in total for bedroom, study plus loungeroom. The two four amp usb ports are very handy, cutting down on the number of mains power plugs needed. Easily mounted under desks for office pc gear.

This is a power board on steroids. Typically belkin. It has holes underneath the board so that you can attach to screws if needed.

Cons

Another downside is the fact that the usb charging ports charges extremely slowly.
