Calls to and from recipients is clear and not muffled. Love the mute feature by lifting the mic. The microphone quality is quite good for a bluetooth set.
The difference in quality of the beats and belkin headphones is palpable. The battery life is quite amazing and seems to last over a week before needing a charge. Purchased mainly for online meetings.
Cons

I could cry over happiness the comfort the sound quality the easiness of muting the headset i use this for inbound calls i don’t expect it to last forever when i’m using it 10 hrs a day 5 days a weekwill write an update if anything bad happens but i’ve been through 56 different headsets working at an inbound call center and this fit how it did like cinderella and the slipper
