Pros
Calls to and from recipients is clear and not muffled. Love the mute feature by lifting the mic. The microphone quality is quite good for a bluetooth set.
The difference in quality of the beats and belkin headphones is palpable. The battery life is quite amazing and seems to last over a week before needing a charge. Purchased mainly for online meetings.
Cons

The audio quality is good, battery life is great and overall a really good product.
I work from home, and having a good quality wireless headset is important to me.
This is a headset feature and doubles with what ever software you are using.
Both in office and at home, it keeps out external noise very well.

If you move the mic to the up position it mutes and if you pull it down it unmutes
