Amazon have no interest in helping as it's outside the 30-day window. It effectively makes them landfill before they've been used. Dreadful quality and dreadful support from amazon and belkin.

Excellent headset for a very good price.
99 at the time of review, particularly as they're from a reputable company.
Price of fifteen pounds (at time of review) is reasonable too.

These headphones arrived in a really nice retail box which would wrap up great as a birthday present or upcoming christmas gift.
They look great and the bundled stickers are a fun addition.
