Peak letthrough voltage is very important and related but i have not found a standard by ul or ieee for that metric

Ideally you would like to have a surge suppressor with a clamping voltage of 330 volts but after looking pretty exhaustively for several months i have been unable to find any surge suppressor for consumers rated for 330 volts
