Wall charger has a single usb-c socket and an extra usb-a socket. It outputs 18w to the usb- c port and 12w to theusb-a port. It charges the switch just as quickly as the official charger.

Plug in your cable and nothing. Looks like others have the same issue and unfortunately can not recommend this plug this product which is a real shame.
