Plugged it in and noticed several network disconnects. Unplugged and uninstalled the driver. Works amazing for 2-3 weeks then starts to degrade speed.

Unfortunately, many are offered on amazon, and i tried one from the uni brand first as it was more affordable.

It works anyway and realtek is a well known company, even when belkin puts its own stamp on it.
