Pros

The resulting image is stable, clean, and problem-free. I also wish the displayport end had the little clips that make it grab onto the port just for extra security.

Using on samsung odyssey n9 49” curved monitor. Did research and instead of connecting monitor to hub, use this cable.

Cons

I'm perplexed by this cable. Very disappointed to experience this with a name like belkin. No longer see them as a superior brand.

Quality

Transfers the maximum quality from my mac to the two displays.

It works great, i'm able to reach the full 165hz on my pixio monitor running at 1440p!

Good quality rubber, nice feel, but still very basic.

My only issue has been that certain websites glitch out or show graphical artifacts but i think thats due to hardware acceleration.

Competitiveness

My research shows that displayport is the preferred protocol (compared to hdmi) when connecting monitors to macs using thunderbolt.

Only an apple branded cable is going to perform as good as this belkin!
