It is disappointed that this appliance fails just after nearly 1 year. Disappointing product as a year and a half is definitely not very long to work. The quality is really not good.

I didn’t even need the parchment papers as nothing stuck to the trays so one let thing to have to scrape and clean.
Threw in the first basket the chicken, coated with bovril chicken broth and added some carrots and green beans in the top basket.

Steaming bowls/lid are recyclable so i'm happy they can go in my blue box.
