Amazon says its non returnable. Company now promises to send me a check for full refund in 4=6 weeks. Third part sellers are not good!

It's not good to the last drop, it's muddy at the bottom of the cup. The plastic hinge that holds the lid on is tiny and cheaply made. Sometime, if i stick something down and nudge the float it will drop.

This am i did the same as the last thirty days and it made a huge puff sound and no longer works. Leaked all over after two weeks use. Works great s then breaks.

There is no timer of any sort. I call the venor telephone number and the first time there was not reply and the second time it put me in a loop. If the makers know that, minimum safety should require it to have an auto shutoff.
