I am very happy with this unit and will recommend it to all my friends.
I like the product but the 4 clips to hold the phone need to be bigger.
Also doesn't stay in place well with the ghosttek phone case i got as well.
You do need to squeeze the lever with one hand and place/remove the phone with the other.
Packaging/appearance
The screws which control the flex of the device have had to be tightened with use but nothing out of the ordinary.
Competitiveness
It meets my needs for my wife's mercedes!

Doesn’t perfectly fit the phone case no worries there but does hold

With this phone and i imagine any others you need to remove the phone from the case for this to hold it

Unfortunately you also need to rotate the phone upsidedown to prevent the bracket from depressing the buttons on the phone
