Pros & Cons
Pros
It's arguably more fun to open, since you have to flourish a little bit. It is not assisted open but very easy to flick open with one hand. A bit bulkier & heavier than expected.
They’re pricy blades, but they are worth the investment. Very high quality knife craftsmanship is top notch. Excellent knife but pricey.
The benchmade is lighter, though, and the clip allows a reasonably discreet front pocket carry. Just be mindful of the size.

Excellent workmanship and very sharp. The craftmanship is impressive. Absolutely beautiful, well crafted, and stunning.
Cons
Disapointed to say the least. For a high dollar knife i’d expect better quality but this is just poor quality control. Why benchmade gets by with selling a little piece of steel for big money is beyond me.
Highlights
Quality
The action is great and quality is top notch.
Beautifully made, and feels great in the hand.
The wood broke within a couple weeks.
So sharp, end up cutting my finger with only a gently touched of the blade when tried to unfold it for the first time.
Price
This one is worth every penny, you won't be disappointed.
This knife is unquestionably worth the price.
Yes it should be damn near perfect when your spending $200 for a pocket knife, but thats clearly not the way it is.
Seems crazy paying that much for a knife.
Shipping
And the package delivered faster than estimate.
Packaging/appearance
Came with a few small defects but make it look more handcrafted so ok with thst.

Competitiveness
For comparison, the crooked river is about the same size as the buck 110, which is also a 4 inch blade.
