I think it came defective because it was not working properly, i connected some devices via usb or c, and they never charged.

Overall, it’s a great, affordable solution for anyone needing a compact, multi-port dex hub with hdmi support.
Perfect price and works well with any device with type c video out a marvel and essential if you have a strong phone.
For the price, i wasn’t expecting much—but this thing has blown past my expectations.
Bottom line: for the price, this dock is a steal.

I originally purchased this hub to use with a dell 14 portable monitor p1424h but i ended up returning that monitor because it only supported usbcdisplayport input and we couldnt find a workable hdmitousbc adapter

One small downside is that this hub doesn’t come with a usbc output option

While this isnt a huge issue for me having that option would have made the hub more versatile and avoided some of the frustrations i had with the purchasingreturning headache with the dell monitor

I recently bought the new macbook air and as it only has 2 typec ports with no usb i was in need of a solution
