Aside from the usb hub issue this product works well and in a similar fashion to a normal disk drive.

Have to say i am impressed with the quality of this drive.

Hp did not actually support it and the win10 update from lg said it couldn't be applied to the hp version.

Check the cable before you give up on the product.
