Would be great for handsfree facetime or just an audio call that has you on hold forever and you want to have your phone ready while you do other things

The springloaded portion that hold the phone is very tight and i have no doubt would never allow your phone to slip out

I recently had to purchase a second one due to the fact that my granddaughter wrecked my first one by pulling on it and hanging from it which damaged the part that is right above where you clamp it to the desk

The first two were gooseneck kind and those broke because they were not really meant to be mover around

The only issue i had is that the clamp you fasten to whatever surface youre connecting too is very flawed

There are pads on the clamp that did not hold and made the unit slip off the table until i removed them
