I ve tried the cheap light bars but it wasn't as good as this one.

The angle adjustment is also perfect for me i could angle it just right so that it doesnt shine on the screens and doesnt shine in my eyes directly either

Webcam can kinda be sat on top of the screenbar but kinda dependent on the mounting mechanism that your webcam uses

It doesnt glare and it does not in anyway affect what you can see on the monitor
