Fits my 36x60 table perfectly with even drop on all sides. It fits perfectly.

Cons

The product is advertised as being 108 long. But, the vinyl is so wrinkly that it doesn't lay flat. It's really no different than a flannel backed table cloth - just a little heavier. The only free return option is to drop it at kohl's.

Come with deep fold marks due to nature of packaging; easily removed with 10 minutes in the dryer to relax the material.

Even though i gave this product a 5 star it, however, had deep packing wrinkles that were a pain-in-the -butt to get out.
