The two minor drawbacks i can think of are a the case is a little heavy it makes the phone noticeably heavier than the with the previous basic tpu case she was using and b theres no cutout at the top of the case for the 5g mmwave antenna

The latter is important only if you use verizon or att we use tmobile which doesnt use mmwave so i cant say for certain if the lack of a cutout affects 5g reception on verizon or att

I also wouldnt have minded more of a grippy texture along the side edges of the case but although this cases edges are smooth the material isnt overly slippery so its not a dealbreaker

Like i said ive tried other cases and the material on those give more texture for grip but cause the case to pull your pocket inside out when you pull it out
