Make the doro wat berbere spice chicken dish at least a day before you intend to eat it to let all the flavors meld and marinate into the chicken and vegetables. Berbere is an ethiopian spice.
The chili flavor is a nice blend without one chili overpowering the others. It adds a deliciously complex flavor that's more than just fire. It has a tasty, rich smoky flavor that is not too hot.
Cons
