Berberine is nature's metformin. Helped my daughter with pcos and immunity issues regarding her skin. I am a prediabetic who doesn’t test my blood sugar daily. Blood sugar levels stable & for support of our cholesterol and digestive health.

My stomach circumference seems to be slowly decreasing. Stamina and over all healthy feeling is noticeable! Wish i had pics to show you all of how huge my legs have been for a couple of years.
