Pros
Well-build, easy to assemble. Not difficult to assemble but needs about 30 mins to prepare and assemble. What a huge difference compared to our previous filtration system.
Water tastes amazing. Comparable to the taste of aquafina or dasani. Best-tasting water i have ever had.
Cons
When the filters work, the water tastes amazing. But that is where my happiness ended with this product. Cleaned it over and over but still kept occurring. It's so frustrating!

This is the best-tasting water i have ever had and i'm very impressed with the quality of this system.
Besides this, i really really love this product.
The unit arrived on time but there was a problem with the tap.
Competitiveness
Hubby and i have filled it thinking the other hadn't and it overflowed.
Any more people and i'd want a bigger unit.

I’ve since found out that these dont have a verified testing system to confirm their ability to filter all they say they do

I always thought that the city water here in ottawa canada tasted fine until i got used to my berkey water now city water tastes gross

I bought a replacement spigot i do not use plastic products especially on things i consume found a great one on amazon called “kes k1060 replacement spigot 58” or 16mm” that fit perfectly on the berkey
