I ordered it twice first time the bolt 🔩 were loose and the second time the blocking plugs were of rubber like ear buds

At first i assembled but didnt sweat the black filters long enough and no water was filtering through i ended up taking it apart and prepping the filters again

Obviously they are trying to kill things in the water supply that they know about and we do not
