I didnt realize how much chlorine was in my water until i lived without it for a while and then tried to take a sip of unfiltered water and felt the presence of chlorine in my nose before the glass got all the way to my lips

Amazon fairly reimbursed us for the 2 missing filters so i have no issue with where we ended up but they should either change the product description or ensure that the product is shipped as advertised with 4 filters

We live oversees where i not only do not trust whats in the water but the taste is also terrible

So do something today make a call to your water supply company and ask for a report you pay them enough and they owe it to you their customer their job security depends on your trust and willingness to pay them for their service without asking for much else
