Its relatively compact to fit in a backpack or cup holder and in my two purchased units absolutely does not leak when inverted and will not shatter if dropped

The construction is almost semidisposable lightweight which is also a plus but maybe a little too lightweight almost like a trade show giveaway

However once in flight climbing altitude noticed pressure increase caused water to force out through straw leak even though closed had to open bottle to release pressure until at altitude then was fine

Tap water tastes bad and the filter on this bottle eliminates the bad taste

Indeed as other reviews state this bottle is not the easiest to maneuver and one must squeeze and squeeze while continually refilling to get the required pressure and it is not watertight

Occasionally the straw gets stuck and wont pop up

The top has a gasket if it leaks water i just snug it until it stops
