Pros

The door knob is beautiful and easy to install. Luckily, my husband has all the tools to just install them just find without needing to remove the door handle piece. I stripped the poor screws and got them attached to the door.

Cons

The handle is very flimsy (loose). It also has a bit too much slop/wiggle in the mechanism. Worked really good for my 80 year old mom until approx 8 months after installing.

You are instructed to remove the handle from the * in order to access the mounting screw. The interior knob was pulled off the shafts by mistake. This works except no interior locking function.

It's kinda embarrassing when i have company. The quality of this product is surprisingly low and cheap. This is the worse purchase i have ever made and i would never purchase from berlin ever again.

Only support you get is an email address. Which is very irritating for something that should’ve lasted 5 to 7 years at least. Luckily this handle is on a door i do not use often, or i would request a refund.
