Pros & Cons
Pros
Phillips #2 and #3 (4 is better) for attaching the seat. Metric wrench handy.
A perfect companion for the garden. The product is thumbs up. Great little cart.
It is heavy to carry, but i just grab the streering knob & roll it on its back wheels to get it places. The hitch works with the gold cart to easily move if i'm not around.
It's rugged enough to do a lot of work and last long. It is stable and has a large old tractor-type seat. Very sturdy and well made.

Imagine my surprise when the missing parts were delivered 4 days later and on a sunday no less.
Get an employee to walk it over to the post office and put a rush on it with overnight mail!
Packaging/appearance
Wasn't about to try to get everything (with packing) back into the box at that point, so decided to wait, and have back pain and spasms.
The box it came in and the cart itself!
Competitiveness
Tools: phillips #2 and #3 (4 is better) for attaching the seat.
The company replaced it, but i also brought this metal one which is much better.
