It’s cheap enough to buy another one and replace it. Ni big deal. We are delighted and hoping it last for a long time.
Cons
Ordered 3 6by8 screens. There is a * in the innermost end that won't straighten out and causes a bump on the wall where i attached it. They want you to pay return shipping and up to a 50% restocking fee.
Leaves are different and very sparse. Missing leaves all over revealing cheap ugly plastic that is wrong color. Oh the leaves also look super fake.

We used zip ties which worked as it is very light weight, stability is great .
They require zero maintenance and will look fabulous year-round.
It’s incredibly windy in my backyard, and the leaves stay attached.

Bought on sale, good value covers area and offers privacy at good price.
Price, easy to apply, provided adequate view coverage, easy to trim.
It’s good for the price, but i wish they were a little bit fuller

Packaging/appearance
It did not have an odor when it was unpacked and was flexible and soft.
Instead of the ugly fence showing, it looks so pretty like a hedge behind a white picket fence.
Competitiveness
Compared to the one that i saw in home depot, this is effective, larger, and more affordable.
I ordered one from another store and it didn’t compare to this.
