High end quality for a cheaper price!
Bottom line, it was worth every penny to give our older dog and us a better quality of life.
I now have two solid side rails and larger parts that hold the straps in place for less than $20 and she is off again.

Was grateful to be able to get it shipped overnight as well so we were able to use it for as long as possible

Compared to other dog wheelchairs, it is a good product for the money.
Many of the larger & more expensive chairs have this capability.

Adjustments still come loose and it still takes some tweaking to get it right but with as many different adjustments as there are and dogs this could fit im not sure you really could write a guide

I would recommend one of the significantly more expensive units for a younger dog that will be harder on it and need it to last longer
