There doesnt seem to be anything stopping the harness from coming undone if you pull the straps hard enough

Because the chest part is long and narrow it does not seem to chafe or constrict

It is not very reflective however car lights have to hit the reflective seams headon to see any reflection at all

It stays securely in place doesnt obstruct his movement and doesnt rub at all

The only issue id say id have with the harness is the part that slides over his head is a little snug if i adjust it to slide over his head better it is big around his neck when its clipped on
