Pros
Pastel purple is very pretty. The paint is a matte finish which i think looks very good with this color. Fantastic quality and durability.
It’s a perfect size for a refreshing drink on a hot day. Keeps water cool and the straw is awesome. Uses it everyday.
Cons
The lid is not cleanable and the moisture that builds up under the silicon stopper cannot be cleaned. I was sent best nana instead.

The way this cup keeps ice all day long and it's colder than anything i've ever put in my mouth, it's crazy!

Said they were sorry and would contact the shipping department.
I sent a message on labor day (9/6) and figured i would hear from them in a few days.
We got the second shipment and it was mint condition.
Packaging/appearance
She absolutely loved it and the packaging was superb!
Just as expected and the box it came in made it easy to wrap as a gift.
The straw was folded up a little weird inside the cup for packaging, but it was rubber so the shape quickly came back.
Package came crushed but cup was still in great condition.

The lid however is rather hard to get off therefore the black rubber seal has come off of the lid already
