Pros

Bromelain is an excellent digestive enzyme that aids and supports your digestive system. It is also good for your digestion. An excellent enzyme found in pineapple. Easy to * and doesn't have a bad taste.

Bromelain is good for arthritis pain and i’m trying to go about pain management holistically. It seems that the bromelain helps swelling to recede faster. Took it to cut down the bruising after eye surgery.

First used it after researching natural cures for gout. It works well, and perhaps in the future we'd use it for that proteolytic effect. Good company, good price, and quick shipping.

Cons

These tablets are the size of frisbees and as thick as a mattress. I usually * a mouthful of vitamins at a time, but honestly this one is very hard to * on its own. It smells like *, and also tastes like *. Seriously, like literal poop.
