Very economical ca+, mg+ & k+ supplement. The value is exceptional compared to what i’ve been paying and made in the us making this an automatic reorder.
Pills are typical size and easy to *. Drinking one with plenty of water makes it wash down easily. No bad taste or smell and good price for product. Easy to * and effective.
Calcium magnesium potassium - 120 tablets - non-gmo & gluten free. This is a balanced formulation, but follow the cautions carefully and be aware of how much of these elements you ingest from your other supplements.
Cons
These are so large i have to break them in half to * them. Over half the pills were broken or chipped. Got an apology but no offer to refund the expedited shipping charge.

This is an uncoated tablet which makes it hard to swallow.

These are a great value and the supplements are good quality.
Four stars because this is a relatively high value supplement with a useful combination of calcium/magnesium/potassium.
I think that for a 60 day supply of this supplement, it is a good value.
For the amount of capsules you get this is a good value.

However, others may need only 1 or 2 a day, in which case the best naturals brand will last between 2-4 months.

In the directions it says to take one tablet daily but in the chart it says a serving size is 2 tablets so not sure which is correct

It also has a bit of potassium thrown in as well and is made in the usa in an fda registered facility which is a plus
