Pros

Inositol (powdered) and choline (powder) are great for pcos and infertility. Works well for those who suffer from jumpy legs. eyes hurt, eyes sweat more, sweat more back of neck and back at rest.

It has a slightly sweet taste so i usually add it to smoothies or coffee. My tastebuds are also ultra sensitive so i recommend trying this out with water first to gage the taste. Harder to dissolve and less sweet compared to swanson's brand.

Thank you for making such a great product so convenient. Exactly as advertised. Still early. An excellent product.

    All i did was incorporate half a teaspoon into one water bottle a day
