I take this because i had some fatty deposits in my liver that were enough for the doctor to diagnose me with nafld. Part of a heart amyloid treatment. No adverse effects and its easy to take.

Cons

Tastes like mostly rice powder filler with a slight bitter aftertaste. Mostly filler, slightly bitter. If you need this product for health reasons find something different.
