Pros

Foam topper is well made. It expands quickly and there is no smell or pilling.

It’s much softer on my back. It is soft to medium firmness and true memory foam. You feel yourself sink into it, but it is also firm.

Cons

This is the most uncomfortable mattress pad we have ever purchased. You also get'stuck' in the sinkhole you create so it's uncomfortable to try to create a new sinkhole. It’s a sub-par topper.

Product is not the pictured. Horrible buy. It’s a scam. Going straight to my bank for the refund.

This mattress is 3 to 4 inches shorter than a standard queen size bed. It was supposed to inflate in 48 hours. We let it air out for a week and it still smelled strong.

The moment this mattress topper arrived, i removed it from the packaging and there was zero chemical smell!
