I have to repack, print the return label, drive to a ups location and the result is i still have no coffee maker. Will be contacting company for refund.

Need a redesign to fix the defects. The design itself is clunky and poorly thought out. The only good thing is it looks nice, but it does not work.

You take the coffee pot off (even after waiting 10 minutes) and it drips. On the first pot of coffee the filter area over flowed. The filter holder clogs and coffee overflows.
