Pros
Tidy design, accurate display screen. Great value for a top brand. Vac, drill, tele etc.
Bestek inverter is a modified sine wave inverter. A little sparking between the clamp and terminal, this is normal.
Happily ran my 1200 watt * 32r lawnmower and a vax 820 watt vacuum cleaner, also 550 watt hedge trimmer. Ran a fridge and a 1,300watt vacuum cleaner for a while without overloading.
Cons
The second unit works but the fan is on all the time. The result is that my batteries are drained more by the fan than they are by the load, particularly if i am charging smaller batteries over a long period of time. Don't buy this.

Competitiveness
Powers a 600w kettle and 12v lights no problem.
1200watts means it will power a 600w 240v heater with no issues or many lower wattage items together.
Since i don't need so powerful inverter i chosed same brand less powerfull inverter.
This bestek inverter is probably in a class of it’s own.

I have a 500 watt carbon element heater this 1200 watt machine will give around 2 half hours before under voltage also being a new battery needs a few more discharge and recharge cycles to be at 100 have a feeling be around 3 hours

I look after if you want more power for punch as i stated i think this machine would deplete in service life if slamming too many amps into it
