No issues with higher voltage items like hair drier and curling irons.
Took this product to thailand 230vac and used it for my wahl hair trimmer/shaver (120vac) and it worked perfectly.
However it did not work with any of our dyson hair devices and it destroyed my oral b toothbrush charger.
This was such a life saver, worked for a lot of my electronics (laptop, charger cords) but my blow dry brush only worked at half power.
