Pros

The cord feels durable. It's relatively light and very portable. It helped make our trip to england and scotland wonderful. Never travel without it, even in scotland.

Great customer service. Works exactly as designed, providing proper u. S. Connections. Purchased these to go with our bestek converter.

There are 2 usb supplementing two outlets which is convenient. It charges slow using the usb ports, but much quicker with a block and using the north american configured outlet. Only problem seems to be with dual usbs.


Cons

Didn't meet my expectations. Will not be buying from this brand ever again. The headline says it all.

    Lastly my curling iron would often turn off right away when first plugged in it was probably overloading it but if i used it right away to keep it from getting too hot it would stay on ok
