Pros

Cons

A fuse should blow before the fuse holder overheats, this is a fire hazard. Since this unit is overload protected, the only purpose for the fuses is to prevent catastrophic failure and melt down should the inverter short internally.

The last difference in the noise of these two inverters is the alarm on the ampeak.


The only big difference when using these appliances is the loud fan of the ampeak compared to the quiet fan of the bestek.

Competitiveness


It even worked better than a 2000w inverter i purchased.


My friend who came with us during our road trip also bought the bestek 400w inverter too.


I decided to pay a little more and get a trusty bestek unit.


Got a cheap one at first which claimed 2000w peak but it failed to start the ac unit.
