Quality
Boils quickly and looks great in the evening when the lights are dimmed with the blue light.
I have a joint condition which means i struggle to hold heavy kettles but for this quality you adapt.
Disappointing when you consider the high cost of the tefal v the bestek.
Very happy with the purchase, good price, arrived 3 days early.
Price
Early days, but so far very impressed with this reasonably low cost air fryer.
Great kettle at a very reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
Good controls but lid is stuck shut the button doesn’t work and you have to press on the side to open to fill the kettle
Competitiveness
Faster and tastier than the tefal actifries we have been using for a few years.
It does have a good weight to it so if you struggle with normal plactic kettles you might want to think how much you would fill this up.

Its only now 23rd nov 2019 that we have started to see a little bit of water leaking round the base

The kettle itself looks great but if you want to heat the water to anything other than 100 degrees c you have to cycle through the temp setting every time you switch it on it wont stay at 90 c or any other required temp apart from boil

Another gripe is the lid release button does not work as in you press the lid button and as you release the lid is supposed to pop up

This worked fine for a few days then suddenly stopped no matter how fast you took your finger off the button the spring locking bit reengages before the lid has time to spring up so now to open the lid i have to press the button and simultaneously push down the back of the lid behind the hinge so the lid will lift up

Be warned that there are plastic parts on the interior

The latter kept falling apart and after less than 3 years were only good for the dump
