I bought this to use on my desk for charging usb devices and keeping my alexa plugged in and close to my desk i love the fact i can turn off the top or bottom outlets with a button, allows me to turn off and on my desk lamp and other items, the build quality is very nice and the cable is extra long to reach half way across my room, i only wish the base was weighted a bit more to stop it from sliding when trying to plug stuff in, i plan to buy another for my night stand soon,  Read Less
