I just bought this product i like battery operated collars better because if the batteries go dead you just replace them and you are back in business with this collar you have to recharge it and wait around until it is done which when you are training your dogs outside now you have to wait

I contacted customer service suggesting that this is a design flaw and that i would be purchasing a replacement

The vibration the shock or the noise

Works perfectly and i love that it has 3 different options i wanted to get a shock collar to train my pup with but dont necessarily agree with shocking him i was happy to see that it has the beep and vibration as an alternative only use the shock once in a blue moon

Have used the shock feature only a couple of times and that really got their attention now all i have to do is pick up the remote and they both stop in their tracks
