Pros

It comes with its own pretty cup, which is a matching matte pink color on the outside, and a pale ivory on the inside.

This coffee warmer is very effective! I have a popular brand of insulated mug; the (flat) bottom is stainless steel - it has a metal “core” as do many insulated and travel cups. This warmer plugs into an outlet.

Was warm indeed (not hot like boiling water level hot but not lukewarm hot). The mug warmer is quite different than what i'm mused to because it warms up your mug when you press the mug on top.

Cons

Plastic saucer that only turns on when there is weight sufficient to push the button on the bottom down. Too easy to accidentally set something on it, which might turn it on and start a fire. Beware of the seller, as there is no way to reach them.

I have someone from this company harassing me and attempting to bribe me so i will delete the above negative review.

The mug it comes with is a small, maybe 8oz regular ceramic mug with a dome bottom. It's a plain black mug that isn't worth $2 from a marshals. The box says the mug is 20 oz, but it barely holds 12oz. I'm very disappointed as i am giving it as a gift ... Read More

The coffee cup is excellent quality and the unit keeps my morning coffee warm to the last drop.

I was worried that the heating pad would get too hot and damage my desk but it doesn't at all!

It purports to keep beverage at 131f/55c and it appears to do that but i have no way to measure the actual temperature.

Not too expensive and it works good, would buy again

I’ve been gifting them to my coffee drinking friends for birthdays and they all say the same, great deal for the price!
